As per the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) over 1.5 million Australian Households are eligible for the NRAS scheme. With waiting list on many properties NRAS and extremely low vacancy rates, NRAS is the best way to negatively gear a property and have a positive cash flow effect after the government rebate.
